Before I knew what coaching was, I was already doing it. I was nine years old, choosing to stay behind while everyone else went to recess, sitting with classmates who were navigating challenges at home that no child should carry alone. I did not have a title for what I was doing. It just felt like exactly who I was.
That little girl grew up to become a creative artist, a mental health therapist, a wife, a mother, and now a Life & Performance Strategist. But the thread has always been the same. In every role, every room, and every season of my life, I have been called to create spaces where people feel safe, seen, and inspired to move toward something greater. Spaces where powerful transformation meets strategically aligned action. That is simply who I am.
I graduated from Pomona College with a double major in Psychology and Dance and went on to earn my Master of Social Work from Fordham University in New York. I have spent years as a creative artist performing and creating for brands and artists, including Disney, Porsche, Sephora, Stevie Wonder, and more. Today I am a licensed mental health therapist with a separate private practice and a Life & Performance Strategist currently pursuing my PCC credentialing through the International Coaching Federation.
I bring a unique and ever-evolving skillset forged through education, empirical data, genuine curiosity, and the richness of life experiences. Every tool I use, every question I ask, and every space I hold has been shaped by all of it.
I have been happily married for over 15 years, a proud mother of two, and someone who finds joy in the everyday moments that remind us how to truly live free with power and purpose.
I built this work for the woman who is ready to stop going through the motions and start boldly pursuing the life and work she was called to build. If that is you, I cannot wait to meet you.
